Happy Birthday Bryan!

Bryan's birthday was last week. I'm a little late posting the pictures because our monitor was broken so I couldn't get online for about a week! It was awful! ;)

I had a Three Cheese Steak pizza sent from Just Pizza in Buffalo (thanks Ann!). It wasn't as good as getting it freshly delivered but it was still SO GOOD! Bryan and I are now craving wings and pizza. We are now planning to fly up to Buffalo for the day to get some. It's great working for an airline!

I made Bryan a cake, which you can see wouldn't have won an award for presentation, but it sure did taste good!

I hope Bryan enjoyed his day and I look forward to celebrating many more with him!

Date Night

I look so tired in this picture!
(It was 8pm, almost past my bedtime!)

So, a few weeks ago we went to the Casting Crowns concert (Bryan surprised me with the tickets). It was so awesome. We got there late because we had to stop at Five Guys for dinner beforehand. (Yes, we HAD to stop!) We missed the opening bands but got there right in time for Casting Crowns. They played a bunch of songs and had the lyrics on a screen so everyone could sing along. It was like being in a Sunday morning worship service with thousands of people. It was awesome to see so many people from Baltimore worshipping God! (Yes, I know that Baltimore is a big city, but most of the people I deal with daily are not out-spoken Christians, shouting their love for Jesus.) Anyway, I was a great time. That makes three concerts that Bryan has attended with me: Justin Timberlake, Tori Amos, and Casting Crowns. Wow! those are three VERY different types of music.

Happy Easter!

We went to Cincinnati to spend Easter weekend with Bryan's family. Thanks to Baltimore traffic and finishing up last-minute duties at work, we almost missed the flight. We got on the plane with 5 minutes to spare! Once we got there, we had a relaxing weekend and enjoyed spending time with the family. Oh, and I had a great time on my shopping spree! (No comments from the Peanut Gallery!) Here's some pictures from the weekend:

Marsha and her babies!

Looking Picture-Perfect, as always!

Awww...aren't we cute!? I bought this sweater just so we could match!

I think we have a new tradition! Just wait 'til we have kids.....

I love the color-coordinating!

(We are all laughing because Marsha was having a hard time figuring
out how to take to picure! You did good, Marsha!)

"Don't be the bunny..."
(This reminds me of a scene from the musical "Urinetown" that my sister was in a few year's ago. "It always cracks Bryan and I up!)

How'd I get So Lucky!

Bryan called me earlier to have me check his e-mail (he doesn't have access at work). It was just the usual junk from Alamo, Proflowers, etc. I told him there wasn't anything important in there. He was like, "are you sure? Nothing from this morning?" So, I logged back in and checked the ones from this morning. I'm not sure how I overlooked it the first time, but as I looked again, I saw an e-mail from Ticketmaster. I opened it and it was a reciept for 2 tickets to Casting Crowns! They are coming to Baltimore next week and I had mentioned that I would like to go. I didn't get a response from Bryan so I figured he wasn't really listening to me. (I often ramble on and on about random things.) Apparently he heard me! Little surprises like that remind me that I am the luckiest girl in the world! Although we don't get to see each other much right now because of Bryan's commute, I know it's only a short-term situation and it's all worth it!

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Yes, I made Bryan put a green shirt on and pose with me for this picture! It took a few tries but I have to say, it turned out pretty good! (Notice the green Crocs, too!)

Libby gets her groove on!

"Everybody in the club was looking at her...

She hit the floor, next thing you know...

Shorty got low, low, low, low, low, low, low..."

Italian Girls

This is me, my sister, Jessica, and my cousin, Leah. They are definitely my favorite girls! They both live in L.A. and I wish they didn't live so far from me. I talk to them both all the time, probably more than I talk to people I live near! We always have fun when we're together; there's always some memory from our childhood that gets us hysterically laughing.
